3 point what?!

so i know this is totally lame but at work our calls we take are graded by a quality team and scored 1-5. For my level the lowest score they need us to get is a 2.80. They grade us on a crap load of things that the customer wouldn't even realize or recognize, but it's all to make the customer's experience the greatest. I usually get an average of about 3 which is good...but I've been sucking it up lately and getting low scores. My coach who is really hard on me about it (and stresses me out) told me today that my call that was just graded was a 3.80 which is AMAZING for anyone...let alone me and the type of call I took. I'm so excited I just had to share this with everyone even though I'm sure no one cares!! haha. 


Now I'm  makin' cheese enchiladas and I really hope they come out good...cause they sure do look good!
